⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Work by Mike and His Team! Mike and his crew completely exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They built me a covered deck that feels like a true outdoor living room — complete with lighting, ceiling fans, railings, heaters, two TVs, and a full speaker system. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism were second to none. From the very first consultation, Mike was communicative, honest, and clearly passionate about his work. Every step of the process was smooth — from design, to materials, to the final touches. The deck looks amazing, but the functionality is really what is unbelievable. Even with the cold weather here we are able to sit out and enjoy our new space once we turn the heaters on. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of quality and pride in their work. We had an excellent experience with Expert General Contracting, and especially with the owner, Mike. From the very beginning, Mike took the time to thoroughly explain all the details and options available, including clearly breaking down the costs, which we really appreciated. Mike and his team were extremely hardworking and professional. A crew of several guys was here consistently, working long days from morning to evening. They showed up regularly, worked through cold weather without complaint, and cleaned up the site every single day. The quality of the work truly stands out. They built a beautiful, solid deck and roof exactly as designed, including overhead and accent lighting, radiant heating, and a ceiling fan. The project was also completed quicker than we expected—in only a few weeks—no doubt due to the number of skilled workers on site and the amount of experience they collectively bring. Mike was very accommodating when we made a few changes along the way, handling everything smoothly and without issue. It’s clear that Mike and his team take pride in their work. We’re very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Expert General Contracting to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a reliable, hardworking crew.

We are very pleased to with our new deck! We had a great experience with Expert General Contracting. They were easy to work with and accommodating. We have a tricky architectural situation on the side of our house. Mike’s design works perfectly. The building crew was great - friendly and professional. The deck is excellent quality. I had reached out to Mike at Expert General Contracting about removing my old deck, and replacing with a new one with a permanent roof. He called me back within a day or two, and came out that same week to take a look and give an estimate. Once on his schedule, they arrived promptly in the timeframe I was told they’d likely be able to start the job, and demoed the previous deck within the first three hours. The new frame & roof went up quickly, and the job was done in less than a week and a half. Every time I reached out to Mike, he answered right away, and his team was amazing to deal with on a daily basis. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in the market to update to their outdoor space. Their work speaks for itself.

Mike was punctual when he arrived for an estimate and his price was fair. Once agreed, I was on the schedule. His team went above and beyond! Even with the snow, they cleared the area and started the work building a roof over my patio, including lights and heaters! They finished on time and on budget. Mike even checked back in once the weather cleared to see if there was anything that needed attention, but, so far, it has not! I highly recommend Expert General Contracting if you’re in the market for a deck or roof!!

Recently I had the greatest experience making home improvements! We've all heard the horror stories and advice of caution of being a single mom but let me tell you that having had the privilege of working with Expert General Contractors was truly a breath of fresh air and fully realized dream of adding a deck to my home and yard. I worked with the company owner Mike from initial conversation through the final walk through. He was able to produce measurements, costs, and various examples at our initial estimate and discussion to help fully grasp and translate my visions and expectations into a glorious reality. After thorough discussion and accurate estimations he and his team of hard working builders wasted no time organizing and procuring the exact materials and delivery while clearing and preparing my underdeveloped yard for its spectacular transformation. His crew showed up early every day they were scheduled and also on the days they were scheduled to and they worked tirelessly and seamlessly into the evening hours ensuring the safety, efficiency, and well being of my property and investment. Within several days my yard was transformed into the exact deck I described to Mike and had always dreamt of having. The quality of the craftsmanship and appropriate speed with which it was erected was magnificent to witness which culminated in my dream deck being fully realized.
